Refund policy

All products, food, snacks.. etc are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable.

We will ensure to fix the issue as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are FINAL and can’t be cancelled. To avoid cancellation due to failed delivery, the customer must make sure all their details are correct. If the delivery company has had 2 failed delivery attempts due to customer not being available ALEAFIA will not be responsible in paying another delivery fee. The customer will be asked to pay the additional delivery fee to the company. If the customer is not responding or keeps rescheduling, we will cancel your order and the customer will be responsible for 50% cancellation and restocking fee (which will be deducted from the refund). The shipping fee is not refunded. Refund will be actioned within 14 working days.
